    Hello,
we currently seem to have a problem with the static blocks and the correct displaying.
The footer is one and the green bar with text above the header.

We’ve generally had sometimes displayed errors after editing the static blocks.
Clearing the caches was enough. I’ve always cleared all of them (WP Rocket, Redis, Cloudflare, Elementor), which usually helped.
    Now, however, it’s not working.

    What’s the problem?
    What can we do?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @ProdbyDaan,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you please check whether the “Static Blocks Cache” option is disabled in your Theme Options under Speed Optimizations? This setting should be turned off.

If the issue persists after verifying this, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials for your website, as it appears that the previously provided access details have been changed.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

Hey Jack, the setting was enabled. I have it now disabled. I will watch to see if it happens again.

But on what site is the issue?
Does Redis make trouble or you’re setting?
I would like to enable this feature in the future as it is better for our performance.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

    Hello @ProdbyDaan,

This option is particularly useful when the same Static Block is used multiple times on a single page. Otherwise, it does not provide any significant improvements.

If disabling this option has resolved the issue, you may keep it disabled without any concerns.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
