    Hi,

The static custom front page fails. It gives an error on the homepage, just visit it 🙂 While there is content made with VC.

A similar forum topic described the deletion of an index.html file in the root WP folder, but this does not apply for this error.

I have added details for the admin and the ftp in private content.

    Thanks in advance!

    Quinten

    Hello,

We don’t have front-page.php file in the Royal theme package.
Have you created it? Check this file or remove it as it’s absent in the theme by default.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks,

that worked, only now the footer doesn’t load. Can i maybe download the package of royal again and reinstall the theme. It seems like some files got mixed up by a developer here.

    Ciao,

    Quinten

    Hello,

Yes, it will be better if you download theme archive from ThemeForest and reupload the files.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

OK done. Installed a fresh royal.

still no footer though, maps cannot find it’s key. Maybe symptoms of something you might know. I am kind of lost. still 🙁 there’s a div “post navigation” which is empty.

Hope you can find why 🙂

    Best regards,
