Static Blocks Not Loading Visual Composer

I am trying to edit the footer, but when I try to setup the static blocks the visual composer doesn’t come up so I can’t make the edits. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Hello,

To enable VC editor in static blocks go to Visual Composer > General Settings > Content Types and tick “static blocks”.
