STATIC BLOCKS DO NOT WORK - by electroncanada

Hello,

the static blocks in this theme do not work.

When I try to create a new block, it is missing a Visual Composer.

So I am unable to create 4-column footer.

Please fix.

Hello,

you need to set Visual Composer to work with Static blocks. You can do it in Dashboard > Settings > Visual Composer > General settings > enable ‘staticblocks’ checkbox.

I followed your instruction. Visual Composer is there (on the static blocks page), however, it doesn’t work.

On backend I created 1 row with 4 columns (1/4+1/4+1/4+1/4).

Once saved, all those columns end up one under another, resulting in 4 ROWS.

https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Also write your email address in Chat Console > Options > General Settings > “Where should offline messages go?” to receive messages.
