    Hi there

    (1)
I’ve read the instructions on “footers” and tried to follow but I could not see the visual composer function on the “static block” page. I could however see the visual composer when I want to make changes on my home page. I have already uninstall and install the visual composer plugins again but it still isn’t working for me and I wonder why?

How to remove footer? I managed to remove footer on my homepage but when I click onto a product or to any other pages, the footer appears again. How to remove the footer? (I know this contradicts my first question. Since I’m removing the footer, why ask how to edit the footer. Because I’m not using a footer now but will be, in future. So I’m figuring it out first :)) For now, how to remove the footer on all pages?

On the homepage, when I cursor over my product, I can see these informations – (1) categories, (2) product name, (3) price, and (4) add to cart. I tried to click on “product name” so I can see the “product page” but it’s not happening. The only thing I can click on are the “categories”, which brings me to that particular category page. If I am the customer and would like to purchase that particular item I saw on the homepage, I won’t be able to click on it to see the product page. I have to click on the category, go search for the product in that category page, then click on the product name to see the details (too much hassle). Is there a way to enable click on “product name” on the homepage?

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards
    Winnie

    Hello,

    1. Go to WP Dashboard > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > select “Custom” and tick the sections where you want to use VC editor.

    2. To remove demo footer go to Theme Options > General > Show footer demo blocks > Off.

    3. Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    3. Title isn’t clickable on home page because you selected such skin in Essential Grid settings, as you can see on our demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/sidebar/ titles are also not clickable.
In this case you have to change skin in Essential Grid settings, for example these skins have clickable titles:

Hi, how can I insert my social media url? I see the FB and Instagram icon on my page but don’t know where to edit the link on the backend. Can you help me with that?

    ++++

Also, on the slider, I can see “contact us” and “read more”. How to I insert hyperlink on them? When I try clicking on it on the backend, it will direct me to the page (which is also an error page). Need some help here too!!

    Thanks.

    Hello @winniediora,

    1) You can change it in Static Block ‘Footer – WESA MARKET’.
    See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9zop9o

    2) You need edit Revolution Slider then click on edit button text and you’ll see there HTML code where you can change link in href attribute. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9zoo25
