Hello,

on my customers Website we have a problem with the static Blocks.

We use elementor page builder and when we want to edit the static blocks we use for the mega menu it doenst show up in the edit mode from elementor.

This problem only exists when the static block is in use for the mega menu.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, we will check it more deeply.
