The static block is translated but still appears in English while the Arabic page is selected.
am referring to this static block below the header

Do you use WPML? Please read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/31-translation-with-wpml
Do other static blocks work fine? Try to compare your settings.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Yes, all static blocks work fine, I have checked the WPML setting, and static blocks are selected.
Credentials are provided.

I have added it using the new feature of the theme called Global Sections
The footer is a static block and works fine

Because it is a new feature, it seems in not multilanguage-ready.
I’ve moved this block into the Bottom header area, please clear cache and check now
