Static Block in Promo Popup not working - by bert

Hi,

I jsut created a static black and wrote the shortcode in the Promo Popup text area (as described in help file), but the Popup won’t show my static block.

What am I doing wrong?

Finally the popup shows correctly, I just had to purche my cache.
