I have a question on how do I duplicate an exisiting block in my Static Block?

Hello, Steven Tay,

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, there is no option to duplicate a static block. However, you can save the content of the block as an Elementor template and then import it to a newly created block – https://elementor.com/help/template-library/
