Hi There,
It is very difficult to change the FOOTER section of the Royal theme..
I have created my widgets and added widgets to those Footer 1 and Footer 2 sections.
Per your instructions/documentation – it says to then create a New Static Block = name it Footer
OK, done
BUT PROBLEM = There is not Visual Composser on this page / or any of the Static blocks at all.
Yes, Visual Composser is set up and all configured correctly.
How do I change the footer? – Site: f1dshop.com
Thank you sooo much.
I have selected a 4 Column footer, per your instructions.
Hi There,
OK – I now have Visual Composser coming up in the STATIC BLOCKS – GOOD nEws;
In Review of your instructions to Set up The Footer = https://8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/visual_composer
It is STILL not working for me.. I have spent sooo long on it.
Would you please be so kind, to set up a 4 column footer for me?
I enclose Private Details, for log-in user/password/site to do so.
I would really appreciate it.
Thank you sooo much. Looking forward to the reply.
Also, when I seem to ADD Footer 1 with Static Block – “Footer” to Widget area Footer 1 = the site does not load correctly. If I move that widget out, it loads fine.
Thanks again.
Hello,
You must not use “Footer 1” and “Footer 2” areas in Widgetised Sidebar element your static block because they are created to show footer, you just need to add “8theme – Static Block” widget in these areas. If you want to use custom area you can create Custom Sidebar https://8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/8_widgets_custom_widget_areas .
I’ve created 4 column footer for you.
Please check it.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
