Static bloc on shop page disappears on product category page

hi guys
long time 🙂
for the shop (see details in private area), i have a banner above products with categories icons (only first 10 have links due to testing)
this banner i would like to stay on page when clicked on one of the icons
I understand the banner is installed so that it shows only on shop page, but i also would like to appear it on product category page so it does not disappear when selecting a category
you will all understand when accessing site 🙂
please let me know how you do this so I can understand

Hello,

Add static block into Category description, for example – http://prntscr.com/11ibjo2
