Good afternoon, I hope you are well. Our check out with WooCommerce is not secure. Do you know why that would not work?

Thank you,
Hello,
In this case you can try to use WordPress HTTPS plugin to make checkout page fully secured.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Why would this just not work with this theme? I activated another theme and went to the check out page. The SSL works just fine with other themes, you can see on the linked image.
Can you please take a look and see why the Royal theme breaks the ssl? I looked and none of the theme images like the logo and favicon are secure. I gave you WordPress access. I also just added ftp access below.
Thank you,
Hello,
In this case you have to change http links in the theme files or try easier solution with the plugin I provided in the previous post.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
This site is supposed to be WooCommerce compatible. Why do I have to install additional plugins that haven’t even been updated for 2 years. This worked fine in other site that use this theme. Something is wrong can you please take a look? I should not have to install plugins to make the SSL work with your theme. No other themes require that?
Hello,
You’re getting mixed content warnings for https link because logo image you uploaded in Theme Options > Header has http link: http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0304/h_1457085093_5923634_35648f9486.png
Change it to https and check site then.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thank you so much for the help. That fixed it all. I don’t remember having to do that last time but it makes sense.
Thank you for going the extra mile.
Sylvia
