    Hello,
I have SSL certificate for the whole site (Royal child theme), according to my hosting provider is working ok, and the problem is in my theme there are some resources still using mixed content which is reason my green padlock is missing.
I have those plugins installed: Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, Revolution Slider, Master Slider WP, Essential Grid, Screets Live Chat,, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, WooCommerce.
If I try to use some of them, it becomes info of insecure items, which you can check at http://www.whynopadlock.com my site is optimusidea.com.
Please can you help me solving this issue? I provide you with FTP and WP credentials in private.
    Best Regards

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

The reason was favicon url you had in Theme Options > Header > Favicon. It was written http://template_url/images/favicon.ico . I’ve removed it and now mixed content warning isn’t shown.
Please clear browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
