Speed problem in product page, but only price calculation

Hi folks,

I need your help with some optimizatioin. The site is very fast, without one thing. If a product page is loading, the whole content is loaded without the price calculation. They need a view seconds to show the price.

I am using WP-Rocket and I already excluded JS and CSS from it, but without any result. I can’t figure out, why price calculation is so slow?

Can you help me with that?

Hello,

These prices come from Product extras for WooCommerce plugin. So, you need to contact the plugin author with questions if they could speed it up in any way. Our theme does not have any option for this, unfortunately.

Hi,

after your change now I have other problem. The Plugin “product extras” stoped working and produce a js error in developer console. If I switch template to “Storefront” it workes normal.

Can you help me with that problem urgent please.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, and I will pass this problem to our dev team.
