Speed issues (has been reported by numerous users already so please fix it)

    You keep releasing updates which are great but the speed of the theme never drastically improves.

    Every time a user complains they receive standard answers “Contact your host” or “Speed is a number of factors such as the server you’re using to test, CDN, your host”

    We get it but I’m not sure if the developing team do?

    Surely, we cannot all have the same issue which is our fault?

    Please don’t give me a standard generic answer.

    I would much prefer the developers focus on speed before adding additional things.

    Speed SHOULD BE priority 🙁

    The frontend with XStore theme is fast enough but the customizer extremely slow even I had a CDN and hosted on VPS

    Hello,

    Thank you for your request. We are constantly working on the speed of the theme. We also ask you to create a ticket request on the board and vote for it – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ We are now working on the speed of the frontend itself which is much more important to your customers as it will boost your store sales. When we finish the work we will start the admin part (customizer). Many things need to be considered, such as test and inheritability of updates. We can promise you one thing 🙂
    – the most customisable theme with superb performance very soon. All should be step by step to make it slightly.
