Space between items in carousel - by Rodrigo

    Hello!
    I’ve seen there is no space between items in advanced carousel. But the set up is ok (I suposse) http://prntscr.com/16g1yfj
    What can I do?

    Hello,

    Go to Theme Options > General > enable option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for WPBakery page builder” on every page”. Check after that.

    Hello,

    Point is that the Advanced carousel is the element of the Ultimate addons plugin. And you used that in the product tabs, plugin calls the necessary scripts and styles if find element shortcode on the page but not in tabs. So, to make it work you need a force call of the scripts and styles of the UA plugin. If you enabled that option but it still does not work then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

    Point is that plugin worked correctly, but suddenly It started gathering the elements in the carrousel…and I don’t know why…

    Do you have any limits for the site access and FTP connections? Our support manager from Ukraine and he can’t connect to your site and FTP.

    Hello,

    Nope. Besides he told me that he is able to check your site only if uses VPN of USA. So, I suppose you have limits. Contact your hosting provider to clarify it.
    If you need his IP to unblock let me know.

    Hello,

    We found that issue caused by the latest version of the Ultimate Addons plugin. I downgraded the version of the plugin and the space works ok.
