2- Why do the city and neighborhood names disappear when switching to English?
3- How can I add multiple order status options such as “Delivering” and “Returned”?
Hello @Omar Quddam,
1. Please note that there is no built-in functionality to reorder products as you shared on your video. It is possible that you are using an additional plugin for this purpose, which may not be fully compatible with the Archive Products Builder. Kindly provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can review your settings, as well as the URLs of the frontend and backend pages where you configure your products, in order to check the results.
2. We also need to review your backend settings, as some translations may have been configured incorrectly.
3. To add custom statuses, you will need to either implement additional customization or install a plugin that provides this functionality. For example:
https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-order-status/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-order-statuses-woocommerce/
or another suitable option of your choice.

Hello @Omar Quddam,
We have thoroughly investigated the issue on your checkout page and found that it is resolved when the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” plugin (https://prnt.sc/qB9ldKgUisiB) is disabled.
English version: https://prnt.sc/ul4CfnZ__jt1
Arabic version: https://prnt.sc/SQt8rKvii3i2
We kindly ask you to either contact the plugin’s author regarding this issue or temporarily disable the plugin to ensure that the labels display correctly for each language version of your checkout page.
If you prefer to keep using the plugin, we can offer a workaround to set custom text for the fields on the English version:
[lang="en-US"] .et-preloader-hide .woocommerce-checkout #billing_address_1_field label:before {
content: 'Neighborhood name / Street name';
}
[lang="en-US"] .et-preloader-hide .woocommerce-checkout #billing_city_field label:before {
content: 'City';
}
We have already added this snippet in “Theme Options → Custom CSS” (https://prnt.sc/IC4PXUq64LG4). Please check it on your side.
Regarding your question about product sorting, we previously requested that you provide the URLs of the frontend and backend pages where you configure your products. This will allow us to review the results, as we currently do not see any option to drag and reorder products from the backend.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

2- For example, in this category, I want to sort the products. What is the correct way? I will provide pictures and links for each section to show if my method is correct or not.
Hello @Omar Quddam,
Could you please let us know if there is an option to temporarily disable your CDN caching? If so, please, temporary disable the caching so we could check the changes. We are currently testing some changes, but we do not see any updates on your website. Even after disabling the Shop Builder, the default layout does not load, and the builder template still appears.

Hello @Omar Quddam,
Thank you for providing us with the details. We have reviewed your request, but unfortunately, it is not possible to sort products and display them in a predefined order within a specific category.

Does this mean there is currently no way to arrange the products?
Unfortunately, after the latest theme update, image animations no longer work when hovering the mouse.
Hello @Omar Quddam,
We will check on our local website to determine whether the product arrangement issue is a global bug or limited to specific product category pages. Could you please provide the URL where the product hover feature appears? We have reviewed several category pages and the main shop page but did not find any products with a carousel hover.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Omar Quddam,
We have reviewed the issue and found that the browser ignores the hover effect when filters are applied to the main product image (see: https://prnt.sc/1nRup0HIsAok). We have therefore reset these filters, as they do not appear to affect the images and may have been applied unintentionally. The carousel hover effect is now functioning correctly (see: https://gyazo.com/bbe7de6ce8e1d924ec71ef597c8eafe4). Please check it on your side.
