Something is not wrking in the backoffice

Hello, I am using this theme on one of my websites and it always worked properly, but since some weeks ago I started having some troubles.

For example, if I login ito the wordpress backoffice and manage to edit the website menu, when I select a page to add and click the button “add to Menu” the wheel keeps turning for a while a nothing happens.

this is only one of the trouble I figured out

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hello,

I’ve added memory_limit code in wp-config.php file:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Please clear browser cache and check menu now.
