Some shop elements doesn’t load on mobile

    Hey,

    on the home page on mobile some shop elements don’t load. I can see a loading icon but nothing happens. I tried disabling the caching performance plugin but problem is still there.

    Can you check please?

    As I said before “I tried disabling the caching performance plugin” but did not help.

    I made you a temporary login, you can try disabling stuff yourself. I made a backup. Feel free to try, you don’t need permission do deactivate plugins.

    Anyway, I disabled the performance plugin.

    We have tested the issue using both Chrome and Safari browsers but were unable to replicate the problem. For your reference, we have attached a video demonstrating our testing process.

    hm it works on chrome for me but on safari not. Maybe it is only on my end. Thanks for checking.
