    Is this the way to posts this issues, or do I have to send them trough mail?

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
    1. Clear cache folder in wp-content directory and check your site again.
    Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
    2. You need create sidebars in Appearance > Widgets and select what sidebar to use in Pages > edit a page > “Page Layout box” on the right.
