Some labels not translatable using Loco Translate

Hello,
I am using a french installation of WordPress and downloaded the french translation files from Git + installed Loco Translate.

I have translated everything containing “My account” but I can’t get side popup menus titles translated :

Hello,

Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore core plugin > make sure that you created French translation for the core plugin and translated the mentioned strings. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll check the issue in more detail.
