Some issues with the layout - by Namaste

Hi,

In recent weeks we noticed some issues with the layout. Upgrading to the latest version didn’t help.

On the home page we have recommended product categories carousel – after your last problematic upgrade it lost formatting and shows picture with it’s original size (so every rectangle is different.) Please advice.

We also have one outstanding not resolved problem.
Example will be our NEW page. It displays new products twice: Firs in the desired format and second time with large, large round buttons.

Last one – still can’t get Instagram feature to work.

1, 3) Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
2) Provide a screenshot.

Hello,

1) Provide us also with FTP access to your site to help with this.

2) It’s because you use 2 elements on your page: the first one is the WooCommerce products element and the second one is WooCommerce block http://prntscr.com/vsqwcs Remove the block if you don’t want to show it there.
3) There is no need to use the sharp http://prntscr.com/vsrwef + Recent media displays media by hashtag that you published within the last 24 hours https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/reference/hashtag/recent-media/ . So, if you published nothing then it will be empty. In this case, you can use the top media type instead of the Recent.

You provided FTP username and FTP password. What about FTP hostname http://prntscr.com/vtjufp ?
