Hello dear,
I like xstore theme so much, and this is my first time buying it. I’m using XStore Child Version: 1.0, is it right? or i have to use XStore the original one?
Do you advise me to use wpbakery or elementor as your experience?

Issues:

I have some issues in the theme itself, i see some messing in content, like everything is mixed together like in this screenshot

How i can make like this exactly in demo check screenshot ( https://jmp.sh/m9pu8E0 ) , with green background and how to add logos.

Hello,

Thank you for choosing our theme!
Use child theme, it allows you to customize something if you need it.
I prefer Elementor but many of our customers prefer WPBakery. So it’s an individual preference.

1) Where do you have this issue? Provide us with link to page.
2) Do you use Jetpack plugin? They have issues with the sliders after the plugin update https://wordpress.org/support/topic/v9-9-breaks-elementor-carousel-image-widget/ They will fix it in the next update we suppose. Follow the instructions from the plugin author or disable the plugin.
3) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > disable fixed image option.
4) Add the Row and set the green background in the row settings. Add the Brands carousel element to the row. Before this go to Products > Brands > create brands with the images.
5) But you already have this. So, what exactly do you need? To edit that edit the header https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG

I wanted to check my website through mobile and it was loading very slow.

Thank you, it’s loading faster now, but another issue in mobile, there is no bar menu, and the scroll down its messy, would you take a look? something changed after the update.

Alright , thank you so much!
Last question and we close the topic. My hosting is from siteground and they provide SG Optimizer, and you have installed W3 Total Cache, i’m getting message that SG optimizer have to be disabled. Would you advise me what to do?

Is something wrong with the theme? In home page of my website. When you scroll down abit it comes closer, and when you scroll above it comes bigger. I have recored it and you can watch for 2-3 times and you will see issue.

Hello

At first sight, I do not see any problem with Lazy loading, but it looks some 3rd party plugin create a conflict with lazy load.

Lazy load option for the images you can find in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Images. We don’t have Lazy load option for all, only for the images and product elements in the WPBakery Product element settings.

Try to optimize the images on your site using the Tinypng service.

All images are smushed and still not appearing lazy load is also added.
