Hello, I bought the theme today and have installed it on my test server to transfer already in the near future, for my work site.
The theme is great, but still could not explore very well.
Beginning the Install base demo content. When I click, after 1 minute a success message appears. But I see nothing imported, no new menu, no new page. Dont you provide the xml? so i could download and upload to my server.
Another problem, the plugin: Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, has been installed with the theme, or at least was recommended and downloaded by/with theme.
This shows a message to register it. Even though I try to register it in all possible ways, tried everything! Returns an error that my license is valid but there is no record/register. What should i do? I tried to close the error, dismiss, everything. And if I reload the admin page, it appears again.

Provide, please, correct link to site where you use our theme, admin panel and FTP accesses.
Very likely your WP installation has some problems with import if file includes too many content. You can find xml file in royal/framework/dummy/Dummy.xml.
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer is external plugin which is included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that`s why we are able to include it into them. We update plugin with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugin will be also updated.
The option with registering Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and other plugins included in our theme, has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don`t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

Well, i did it.
I had to do the hard way. Went import plugin – import content xml – and when error 500 appeared, I reloaded the page. Until message completed successfully appers.
But menu didnt work, only some menus imported without submenu or background image. How do I make my menu appear like the theme?
And on topbar, i cant see My Account menu (Minha Conta), why?
How do i remove topbar translator and currency?
My account menu is visible when a customer is logged in. Have you installed one of the theme variants in Theme Options > Import/Export?
To remove topbar translator and currency options you need add empty Text widget into “Place in header top bar” widget area and save.
On your demo, topbar has 2 links: Login / Register if im not loged in, on my site, i only have Login.
Yes, i installed Jewlerry. And main menu isnt there like Demo.

Oh, thank you.. But what about main menu? my main menu isnt like Demo. with dropdown and background inside dropdown menu.
Hey, i did read documentation, but before i buy your theme, your support told me that I could install an EXACT site like your demo. And its not been provided. My menu isnt like your demo. And your documentation miss some informations, like config a background for menu and more. Could u please, if its not a big problem for you, provide access to admin of theme or provide something that config a menu like YOUR THEME, as I was promised before buying?

Your documentation dont tell size of background images, and more..
Is there a big problem provide an way to give us the EXACT menu like Demo? If its a problem, i wanna be refund. Cuz your support told me that could provide it and i have this chat log with me. This is my last reply.
Menu background image size depends on your menu size, I mean if there are lot of menu subitems you can use bigger image, if few items only than smaller image will be more suitable, but all depends on your wish. I have created menu item Blog on your site the same way as on our demo, did you see it? Or we should create the same number of pages too?
