Some issues after updating theme - by Waqas

    Hello, I have few questions to ask. I am facing the following issue after updating the theme to 3.0.2.1.

    1. When I add order most of its field is not working some of the fields are repeated twice and some of the result not shown correctly as shown in image.

    2. When site open in iphone browser, its navigation menu is not working smoothly.

    3. I am using “WooCommerce PDF Invoices” it is working fine but when I update the theme it’s not creating pdf invoice anymore when click on button nothing happens.

    4. Finally site take more load time than before. Can you tell me the reason or how to make it fast. Currently site is hosted on VPS.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    1. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too.
    2. Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
    3. Please take our apologies but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins http://prnt.sc/f6hayc.
    4. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/
