I have installed litecache plugin and enabled it with some settings, not sure if because of this, only the homepage is not displaying correctly, such as
    – logo not showing up
    – text on image not showing
    – widget such as categories, instagram not showing
    – tags not showing on footer.

I am not sure now what I did and cannot re-produce it, it seems I disabled object caching, not sure if this is the reason, please see image attached,

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand the issue you’re experiencing with your homepage display after enabling the LiteCache plugin. Based on your description, it is possible that the caching settings—particularly object caching—may be affecting the way certain elements are rendered on the homepage, such as the logo, text overlays, widgets, and footer tags.

To assist you further, we kindly recommend the following steps:

    1. Clear all caches from the LiteCache plugin, including object and page cache.
    2. Temporarily disable the LiteCache plugin to check if the homepage displays correctly without it.
    3. If the issue is resolved after disabling the plugin, re-enable it and adjust the settings one by one to identify which specific option may be causing the conflict.
    4. Ensure that your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.

    Let us know results.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I have already turned off object cache and did what I could to test and turn off the cache but it still has the same issue after a while. Initially it was ok after I click the website a few times same thing happens again.

I didn’t have this issue with all my other themes and this only happens with your theme, can you please help to identify what is the issue? Because LiteCache is quite a common plugin to use and I cannot turn it off.

See image attached and I appreciate if you could help to identify the issue soon because the website is already live.

See attached video and screenshot, the website has been running find and then it happened again.

I am using Hostinger litespeed cache advanced mode, after I turn it to basic mode, the website is running fine. I am not sure what is wrong, please help to look into it.

    Dear @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly let us know whether you conducted the test using a single device or multiple devices? We have performed a test using an iPhone in an incognito browser and did not encounter any issues.

Additionally, if possible, we recommend reaching out to the LiteSpeed plugin support team for their advice on the optimal configuration settings for the plugin. They may be able to provide valuable recommendations tailored to your setup.

We look forward to your feedback.

    Best regards,
