Some functionality of theme does not supporting on website

    Our website is https://onyxathleisure.in/ but for testing we have created the staging of the website and doing the changes on it. Staging website link is https://staging.onyxathleisure.in/

    For now we are getting 3 issues on website,

    1. On iOS devices, when viewing the home page, users need to tap the Add to Cart button twice for the product to be added to the cart but in android in the first click its adding product to the cart.

    2. In the mini cart, My Account & Wishlist icons initially display correctly; however, after navigating through other pages, some icons intermittently appear as boxes.

    3. While adding variation products—such as different sizes with multiple color options—the product gallery images fail to load correctly in certain browsers.

    Hello, Rajesh,

    1. The “Add to Cart” button is hidden on mobile devices by default. For variable products, you must select a size before adding the product to the cart. Please add the following CSS code to ensure the button is always visible on mobile:

            visibility: visible;
        }
    }
    

    2. Could you please provide some screenshots or videos for reference?

    3. The gallery image is not changing because images have not yet been added to each variation. Please add images to the gallery as well: https://prnt.sc/RFcGZxI3ePvx

    On iOS devices, users need to tap the Add to Cart button twice on the home page for the product to be added to the cart. However, on Android devices, the product is added to the cart on the first tap.

    The issue is still not resolved. On iOS devices, when a user taps the Add to Cart button on the product archive page for the first time, it only triggers the hover effect. The actual action of adding the product to the cart happens only on the second tap.

    I have shared a video demonstrating this issue. Please review the attached video and provide a solution as soon as possible.

    note: I found that this issue occurs only when the Image Swap option is enabled on iOS devices.

    Hello Team

    Regarding this 3rd point, we have checked in multiple browser as when we open the single product page on left gallery only one image is loading and other gallery images are not showing inspite of adding the gallery images

    kindly look into this issue on priority
