Some email notifications don't work

    Hi, I tried all the WooCommerce features and everything seems fine.

    Strangely, the “Password reset” and “new account” email notifications are not working. All the other notifications are working though (order received, suspended order and so on).

    Could you please help? Thanks a lot

    Hello,

    1) Read this docs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4
    2) Check if you get these emails if you switch to Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme).
    Let us know about results.
