Thank you for your speedy response.

I have used your theme before for another website few years ago.
Please what happened to these demo themes , they are not on the website.

Dear,

Please reply here. We need temporary wp-admin access, to check the situation with the import on your site.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop elements > Sale & Out of Stock > Enable “Sale” Label.
To implement other labels you need to look for an additional product labels plugin.

my logo seems so small on your theme, please is there a way i could make it bigger? also i have created a main menu, and also added pages to it, however, the menus are not showing on the frontend of the website, i have also ticked it to main menu on backend

PLEASE I NEED YOU TO ASSIST ME IN SORTING THIS OUT SPPEDLY , AS AM LOOSING SALES, MY SITE HAS BEEN DOWN NOW FOR FEW DAYS.
FIRSTLY WHEN I DOWNLOADED the theme, i designed it, and i noticed there was a main theme and a child theme. On the child theme, my site was normal. However, when i click on the woocommerce products , for example if click on a dress. item, the page is blank. This was happening to all my products.
But if i now activate the main theme, when i click on any product, the products come up normal, but the only problem was , the whole sites, display was not proportional. All the site was displayed really small. I deactivated all the plugins, and reactivated them one after the other, still the same, i went further to delete the main and child theme and reinstalled them back , After doing this, only the main theme was installed, no child theme, and now all the layout of my site isnt proportional. The homepage display comes up really small and the rest of the pages and all my products. Please kindly assist in getting this back to normal. My domain is http://www.startoff.uk , i have sent you the username and password of my backend into your gmail account. thank you

We have installed the child theme for you. You can manage the site width in Theme Options > General > Site Width.
