Some banners and icons are missing in my website

    Hope you are doing well,
    I am facing some problem when I uploaded the theme on my website, I am facing some problems which I want to solve.
    First of all, I am not able to see the same look and feel in my website as I am getting in the demo theme. For example, when we view the home page, I see 3 small banners below the menu bar in the demo theme, which I am not able to see in my website. I don’t know the issue.
    Secondly, under the “New Item” section, I see a group of 5 photos in the theme, which is not visible in my website.
    The third problem is that no images are being shown in the “Seasonal trends” and “Our categories” section on my website.
    Lastly, the menu with all the categories is not managed properly as seen in the theme. I mean some icons are missing in some categories like, “Gift Ideas”, “Necklaces”, “Bracelets”, “Watches”, “Wedding”, “Build it” & “Jewelry Type”.
    I have full hope that like last time, this time too my problem will be solved by you as soon as possible.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    It looks like not all images were imported, please go to XStore > Import demos > find the demo you already imported > Import > do not do full import https://prnt.sc/_LtKb7digCZt , do import of Media only this time https://prnt.sc/pCiVRVxxjxR9 and check the result on frontend.

    In case further assistance is needed, please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    Please check your Home page now. We’ve re-selected some images in the settings of elements.
    As we can see demo images were imported, but you have a lot of other content, so it seems a conflict appeared, so now you may need to edit demo content and re-select images, or maybe delete demo products as you already have your own.
