Solve a problem in Dokan pro due to a conflict with xstore

    I have a problem with creating staff accounts in the Dokan add-on. Whenever I start creating a new staff, the page remains loading. The client is already registered but does not appear in the list of employees in Dokan. I expect that the reason is some new patches that I applied from the xstore template. Do you have a way? To undo a specific patch or return the settings to default, please

    1/ To address the issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend rolling back the Dokan plugin to version 3.13.0. Once reverted, please check to ensure that everything is functioning as expected.

    2/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the test.

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    I already restored it to version 3.13.0 but I faced the same problem. I don’t know if this problem is common among xstore users or just me.

    Hi @Rio Market Services,

    Please provide us with the temporary wp-admin, and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
