    Hello XStore Support,

I’m currently experiencing an issue accessing the **“Social Authentication”** panel under the XStore theme dashboard.

I’m logged in as an **administrator**, and I can access all other XStore dashboard pages (like Maintenance Mode, System Status, Email Builder, etc.), but when I try to access this specific route:

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=et-panel-social-authentication

    I get the following message:

**“You do not have permission to access this page.”**

    I’ve already verified the following:

    * My user has full administrator role with manage_options and edit_theme_options capabilities in the database.
    * I’m using a **child theme** based on XStore.
    * When switching to the parent XStore theme, the problem **persists**.
    * All plugins are updated, and there are no security/firewall rules blocking the page.

It seems that this specific panel has an additional access restriction or license check that is not applied to other XStore dashboard pages.

Could you please help me identify what is causing this and how to unlock access to the **Social Authentication** panel?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Hello, napcet,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The message you are seeing indicates that your user account does not have access to the settings page for API connections. This may occur if your user role is not set as a site administrator but rather as a moderator. It is also possible that changes to user permissions were made by third-party plugins, such as “User Manager.”

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
