Hello,

I add my socials on the social area of my website as I show you in the image below, but it looks like not working if you’re going to the carbonplus.es website.

I did it folowinf the instructions of your support video:

Hello,

The version that you imported uses the multiple headers option https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc So, you need to change social links not just for the default header but also for the header that used for the front page.

I checked both headers as you show in your video and in the two places the socials looks like weel configured. Do you have another theory?

Our developers are in process. The problem is a little bit more complicated than we expected. We need 2-3 days more. Please, don’t update theme or core plugin because our developers are working on the issue.

Hello,
I’m so sorry for the delay that you faced. The latest update of WordPress and WooCommerce caused some issues with our theme and we had to focus our efforts on new updates. We plan a major XStore update 7.0 on 25 August. After that our developers will be able to concentrate on the problem you faced.
