    Hello

At the moment my site is taking very slow to load, about 8 seconds. I’ve done all that I can to speed it up. Removed plugins unnecessary, i signed up for a cdn and applied it from http://www.maxcdn.com/ with is a monthly fee. I also had this message from them ‘wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, that file is not needed to be loaded on all pages, since its only needed when you are loged in to your admin backend and it takes about 1.5s to be loaded’ however I would need you to help me with that. I have also increased wordpress memory with my host.

It is still so slow. At one point yesterday (as you will see from my previous posts) it wasn’t even loading, just a white page.

I have read on your legenda forum that you had some site speed issues. Is this the same with the leader?

Can you please help speed up the load time? 8 seconds is just too slow.

    Thank you

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Did you check the site load with default theme? Is it loading faster?
The problem may be caused by some plugins you’re using. Try to disable them and check if the site speed increases.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Ok , I will try that quickly. In the meantime are you able to make the changes with ajax as above?

    Hello,

As I’ve advised you try to disable some plugins to see if it speeds the site loading. Especially pay attention to “jetpack” plugin. Check the site with the disabled plugin.

    Eva Kemp.

Hi Eva, I will try that. However – the site was fine with a different theme? What do you suggest the reason is for this?

Also, regarding the adminajax file, are you able to disable this where not needed as I asked above?

    Many thanks

I just deactivated jetpack and cleared the cache. No considerable improvement. The support at maxcdn upon inspection said it was the admin ajax and instagram that was slowing the site down the most.

Ok, can you tell me how long the response time is for a ticket. I did not get a reply last time. How is my site speed on your end?

Our techs will reply on the ticket during 48 hours.
Your site loading takes approximately 7 sec on my side.

Please describe your problem in the ticket and wait for an answer from our engineers.
    Thank you.

Ok the site seems to get slower by the day hmm, i haven’t had much luck. Now when i click to the next page of products it is loading the new page half way down. I had this problem previously but the page loaded at the bottom and you were able to help me.

Obviously with an ecommerce store this is not good at all as the customer misses the first row of products. Can you please look at this for me?

I have put in a support ticket. 7 seconds really is not good, especially when I am paying for clicks at the moment

I’ve just tested the products pages and they are loading fine. Is it happening in some other browser as well?

I don’t know what’s happened now, did you make any changes? Now when you click to the next page it loads at the bottom? In IE and Chrome.

Chrome it is middle of the page, when you push the number at the bottom to get to the next page. IE it is the bottom of the page. Can you please fix this.

Are these issues something I’m doing?? I’m happy to take responsibility but all I’ve made changes to is a couple of css fonts and sizes?

    I didn’t make any changes.
To avoid all misunderstandings and misconfiguration we recommend you to proceed with the current conversation in your ticket as some tech may work on it.

This is ridiculous. 48 hours for this? You were able to fix this issue before. What is going on with this? I cant keep having these issues. Who knows how many customers have left the site because of such slow loading times and such. I’m going to have to change my theme which is going to cost me time and money
