Maybe migrate the sql database product on another server and let the php files as before could be an idea?
which provider do you advice that are decent for woocommerce platform?

Jack, WooThemes listed those service providers which are not offer Varnish Compatibility with WooCommerce. I found some Community Discussion on this issue. Now I understand how actually Varnish issue can resolve. Check this: http://www.cloudways.com/blog/varnish-compatible-woocommerce/
