    Hi, this is the second license I buy to create a new shop site.
    I installed the first license directly on the root hosting, and right from the start I had problems with the slowness of the AJAX activity loading (quick view opening, product placed in the cart ..)
    In this regard, you replied that the problem is on the server service of the hosting service. (Oh well)
    Now I have installed this new license, in “localhost” and installed one of your themes.
    I encounter the same problem, (video link in private area)
    I don’t understand why it’s NOT FAST like in your demos!

    Disable all the plugins that you don’t really use (even if they come bundled with our theme), for example, if you don’t use 360 products then there is no need to keep Smart product plugin enabled. if you don’t use Elementor then don’t install it etc.
    Also, we use the WPRoket cache, it speeds up the site speed a lot.

    Honestly I have NOT installed anything more than what the demo theme requires, I have NOT uploaded other images, only those of the vs demo.

    and unfortunately I have that slow loading result and I remember that I am working in localhost (and I have a performate pc)
    The link to the page with the suggestions does not help me to improve the performance of the theme that I have installed, for example, it continues to open the quick views, … after 3-4 seconds.

    1) unfortunately I’m working in localhost, at this point we postpone as soon as I put the site online.

    I have a problem with the Cart, clicking on both the cart icon and the check out button directs me to the home page. (video link in private area)

    Make sure that you have installed default WC pages – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/ WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create pages.

    1) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the Instagram element. Do you plan to use Instagram in the footer?

    2) I see that you use WPML, then there is no need to use Loco translate. Use WPML string translator. What terms do you want to transalte? Provide us with screenshot for better understanding.

    2) Yes, I have installed WPML, but even with this I can’t modify the strings, or rather I don’t see the modifications to the strings that I make.

    Hello,

    Could you, please, add the Instagram account in the XStore > Instagram API http://prntscr.com/v4fcfe ? Then go to Appearance > Widgets > choose the Instagram user in the Instagram widget settings http://prntscr.com/v4fdrw Let me know if you still have the issue with the cart refresh once you add the correct Instagram user. If you don’t plan to use it then just remove that widget.

    Check the “Add to cart” translation now.

    Unfortunately, I must confirm that once configured the theme actually creates many slowdowns in loading pages.
    This is the second site where I installed the “xstore” theme and unfortunately on both I have loading latency of the Home Page and the Shop page.
    Despite optimizing tasks, I still have slow uploads. (see pictures in private)
    Viewing your DEMOs online, viewing times are CLEARLY DIFFERENT and faster.
    I also had the hosting service checked, but there are no significant problems. I have a dedicated hosting package for WordPress on this domain.
    Please give me some “tips”.

    We have uploaded the updated theme archive with improved speed results and it made site faster http://prntscr.com/v9d3ok
    We don’t have more options to make performance better at this moment. Our demo works fast because server settings are optimized in addition to our theme. Don’t have information about server settings because hosting support takes care of it.

    I agree wholeheartedly with what the original poster is saying. Demos seem fast whereas actual end product isn’t. I don’t think hosting companies are at fault.

    I’m pleased to hear a new update will be released and that further work behind the scenes will continue after this update to focus on speed.

    However, I am sorry to confirm that the issue certainly creates serious slowdown problems.
    By now this is the second install of the theme, and on both sites I have serious problems loading content.
    They are on 2 different servers and both are quite performing, but the problems are the same.
    I have considered opening a product and found that the wait time is mostly due to the “js_composer” plugin.
    There is likely to be some conflict between this plugin and others and their combination introduces the slowdown.
    I kindly ask you to check these issues because it becomes really difficult even to work in the backend with big delays in opening the internal sections.

    Could you check if you have the same speed issue caused by WP Bakery (js_composer) if the default theme is activated, Storefront for example?

    Also note the loading time !! … that’s a lot!
    I had to disable many plugins to “slightly” improve loading times, but that’s not good!
    I’m really sorry to think that I have to redo all the work and change the template, because then I CANNOT deliver it to the customer!
