Do you have a developer that we can pay to fix the slow loading of the site?

    Hi Eva,

We’re also getting super low scores on speed with this theme. The link you refer to above doesn’t go to any live post.

It seems like this the slow site issue is an ongoing point. I have not found a helpful thread in the forum to get us a speed lift. Using google’s speed analyzer, we’ve gone through and done a bit of tweaking that has garnered limited/unsatisfying results.

The speed scores are unacceptable. You guys have peeked into this shopping site for us last month to help out with a couple questions. We have brought the theme up to speed with the latest version (version 2.4.1) but we’re still experiencing incredibly slow page load times. Our average page load is almost 16 seconds. Wow. and our page scores range mainly in the high forties to mid fifties in general.

The tech lead for this project has spent a few hours tweaking WP caching plugins (WP Super Cache and W3 Total cache) and none of them seem to be working with WooCommerce. Caching improves the site speed but at a cost that our customer doesn’t want to pay – removing the cart amount from Cart link on top. I don’t think she should have to either.

W3 Total Cache plugin is enabled now (Page Cache | Minify | Database Cache | Object Cache | Browser Cache)

Is it possible for someone on your end to have a look under the hood and see what you might recommend including but not limited to settings for W3 Total Cache.

Additionally As the theme authors – what is your list of recommended actions to make your great looking, featureful theme run at an acceptable speed?

We really like your theme but we need to know we have adequate support should we use your theme for another small business owner who doesn’t have the funds to have someone do a custom build for them. Its nice to have a solid theme as an option for those folks.

    Please advise. Thanks,

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
