Slow loading & Errors with WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation plugin

Hi,
I’m having issues with WooCommerce Advanced Ajax Layered Navigation plugin. Anytime user selects any option in filters menu, loading time is extremely slow, sometimes ended with “Error loading ajax content”.

I’ve seen few similar topics on this forum but couldn’t find any answer. Can you please advise? Any help would be very appreciated. Disabling AJAX filter in theme options or plugin itself is not solution as client really wants to keep products filtering without page refresh.

I’m using child theme and I hope that the latest versions of theme, WordPress as well Woocommerce.

Switching to the parent theme didn’t help, switching to the default one (Twenty Sixteen) helped decrese loading time aprox. by 50%.

Hello,

Did you disable AJax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page? Please try it.

Hi Jack,

Thanks for an advice. However client really need to have AJAX add to cart functionality & disabling that option didn’t help anyway.

Can I just edit parent theme and disable error alert (message)? Seems like this error is showing when load time is above some limit (PHP execution time perhaps?)

I was trying to replicate the issue by changing options in filter menu on product page but there were no errors.
