Slow Loading and confusing while trying to edit the Demo Theme

Hello 8Theme’s Team,
I am finding it very difficult editing the demo theme using elemento or XStore. i editing footer and everything just not working for me at the moment. mostly when i try editing from ether ways and it takes like forever to load just home page.
Please how do go from here as my client needed positive result on coming Monday.

In addition, i notice all the demo menu was not install (e.g SHOP product category, Floating social media right bar icon. Please i’m also interested in the correction of the footer pink news letter bar. thank you in advance

1/ Please try to disable 3rd party plugins and check how it works then.

This demo uses Multiple headers, so edit them via Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers.

2/ XStore > Sales Booster > enable and configure Floating Menu.

Hello 8Theme’s Team,

Am so not happy with all this. i followed your instructions but yet the still slow and now the latest error am get is as follow “503” Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

MY REQUEST:
(1) I need all the SHOP product category to displays
(2) Fix error “503”
(3) Remove any third party plugins if any.

503 Service Unavailable – this server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Please contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance from their side.

Hello Rose Tyler,
I assumed the error message was issued was solved, but i am still having issues accessing the “SHOP” menu it will show blank on clicking. I am still concern about the following.

MY REQUEST:
(1) I need all the SHOP product category to displays
(2) Remove any third party plugins if any (because opening the http://www.clairenvy.com from clients end its very slow)

Did you try to update the theme? When we try to do it for you, there is a critical error. Please provide FTP access, not Cpanel.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

We’ve updated the theme for you and disabled 3rd party plugins, but your site is still slow and requires optimization.
You should also contact the server side and inquire about any possible improvements or other plans they may have as the website is generally slow, not due to our theme.

“I need all the SHOP product category to displays” – do you mean on your Home page? Please describe your request in more detail, because it is unclear to us. We can see categories on the Home already – https://prnt.sc/-4JHeJjRmSZB

I am talking about Products Category under shop menu.
SHOP (page)
At the right side of the page there’re usual categories and sub categories displayed for example: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/beauty-and-cosmetics/shop/?view_mode=grid
