Hi, Please can you help. I have updated the theme to the latest version and now the sliders aren’t showing on the homepage.
Hi FTP details are in private content. I have already uploaded new theme files but you may again.
When I updated the theme files I also changes the url from http to https will this an issue?

Also please uninstall current version of Revolution Slider and install the one that is presented in the theme package. You’ll see it in Appearance > Install Plugins. Please install this version.
Please can you confirm when this will be sorted as it needs urgently looking into today! If not I will try and sort it if you havn’t a clue what you are doing? Everything you have asked me to do hasn’t worked. You asked me to install revslider through the back-end, why do you ask for wp credentials then? you could have easily done this and tested. The reason is because everytime you message me it gives you a few hours to keep me waiting! This support is so bad!
Once again, I have waited for over an hour for any kind of response. I first opened this ticket 5 days ago. I find the service appalling! I have changed the passwords so please don’t try and log-in. I will try and sort this issue myself! I updated to your latest theme and have various js errors! which you have failed to solve. Not a happy customer, this site has been broken for 5 days!

We’re doing our best to find the reason. We checked on local installation and Rev. Slider is working there with Classico 1.7.1 version.
If you don’t want us proceed the investigation it’s your decision and we appreciate it.
