Slider text responsive smartphone view lay-out BUG

Hi,

My installed XStore has a responsive lay-out BUG in the homepage slider text on mobile smartphone view.

XStore theme:

How to fix this BUG so that the slider texts are displayed responsively right on mobile smartphone?

I can not see any changes after your fix ?!

The slider texts are still not showing responsively right.

(Yes, I removed my mobile browser history, cash and cookies before testing)

DEMO THEME INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

You must know that I have installed and configured my website according the demo theme site content, layout and settings.

DEMO SITE XSTORE LANDING:

The demo XStore Landing is showing the slider texts responsive right ..

.. while in my site the slider texts are not showing responsive right and the layout of them is messed up.

Can you configure the mobile size slider settings of my theme right so the slider texts show exactly the same responsive behaviour as shown in the demo please?

Furhtermore I am viewing my site on mobile smartphone:

Samsung S8+

The screen size of the Samsung S8+ is:

Did you check it accurately yourself before claiming and noticing that the problem is fixed ?!

While now still the slider texts are not showing responsive right like it should and not acvordingly the demo XStore Landing theme.

Compare my site installed XStore Landing theme:

Can you fix this responsive layout problem and show the slider texts exactly the same accordingly the demo theme please?

I imported slider from our demo, so on your site the same slider as on demo.
Also, I’ve re-checked your site on my mobile.
Please clear check cache one more time.

EXTRA NOTE:

For example:

The slider text line is braking off not right after the word:

‘at’.

While these words also fit easily on the same text line:

‘hand. Literally in hand’

Besides is the secondairy text line in layout being overlapped by the main text line.

I now viewed my site in a mobile browser I have never used before to view my site.

So it shows my site clean and still the slider text not look like your screenshot.

Thank you very much for your quick service and fix !! 🙂

The slider texts are now showing responsive perfectly right.

Still strange though that I ve followed the installation Wizzard exact steps to install and configure the demo theme XStore: Landing, but the slider was not shown directly rigth ?!

Anyways, I assume you are going to add a new fix for this in the next version update of your the theme.
