    Hi guys,

We updated our 8theme and Xstore yesterday to your newest released version 8.0 / 4.0 and noticed that all slider revolution sliders had disappeared after update (just showing blank space where the slider should be).

We got them to show when turning ON slider revolution > General Options > Advanced options > jQuery & OutPut Filters > jQuery No Conflict Mode (ON) and Put JS to Body (ON)

This will make them show on the webpage but the Global Layers on slider revolution will not work / show. We use global layers for making a slented edge on top of the sliders (pre-built from the beginning of installation of the theme). We have used the advanced option on some of our sliders to have some of our most important sliders visible.

See more screenshots and information in the private content area.

We appreciate your help with making the sliders visible and work as smooth as they were working in previous version.

    Thanks in advance!

    All the best,
    Rob

    Hi Olga,

Sliders are visible and global layers are working, awesome! I did though notice some things that got affected after this:

    a) When on client results page the slider (see private area content) is forced to align to the left of the screen. All the sliders in general have some jump to the left when pre-loading after this new update, but they get centered as they should when 100% loaded. But this slider is kept to the left side of the screen after load.

    b) The “Best Offer” Xstore element on “our services” page does not look as it should. If I preview from page-editor it looks good but when logged out and see the page the price label is on the wrong side and size is smaller. The border is also missing.

    C) The instagram feed we have in the bottom footer that is opened while scrolling down does not open as much as it should to get images 100% visible.

See private area content for printscreens.

    Really appreciate your help Olga!

    Best Regards,
    Rob

    Hello,

    a) Use stretch row https://prnt.sc/1d3714b instead of the stretch row and content for section with the full-with sections with the revolution slider inside. It looks that the latest version of the Rev slider conflict with the stretch row and content option if the slider is set to full-width in the slider settings.
    b) Fixed.
с) Provide us with FTP access, please, to check the issue in more detail.

    Hello,

Fixed footer height fixed. Check now.
Could you, please, provide us with link to page where footer is missing once you face this bug. We need to inspect that. Because at this moment it’s there without issue.

    Regards

    Hi,

From our end the Instagram feed at the bottom of the footer is till not opened as much as it needs (on desktop at least. Looks good on mobile).

Se print screens and links to pages where Instagram feed in the bottom is missing and where the header loads a little odd (getting very wide for a couple of sec before it jumps back). This is at least on desktop view and you need to be logged out from WP-Dashboard.

    Best Regards,
    Rob

    Hi Olga,

I think I found the issue with the Instagram feed in the footer not opening 100% and the header glitch on some pages. I noticed that we had a RAW HTML element in the footer (static block editor page) with some codes for layout and style for the footer. I deleted this and put the code in Custom CSS (Global). I have checked the page now and everything seems to look good!

See private content area for print screen.

    Hello,

Yes, that code could be the reason of the issue. The script calculates the bottom margin during page loading and if that code applies after then the margin won’t be correct.
Glad to hear that you sorted out.
