  I purchased and installed your Royal theme and my slider revolution slides are not showing in IE. Wondering what I can do to fix the issue. I have it installed on a dummy subdomain right now – hoping to launch it on our real site soon. Before I do, I’d like to figure out that problem.

  I’ve checked your site in IE and the slider is showing https://prnt.sc/fv886p
  What browser version do you use? The problem with background image, very likely caused by some effect, so you need check slider setting because it is not related to theme and you will have with default theme.

  Visit newinstall.kinderkrowns.com on chrome. There is no image on the slide when viewing in IE. The slider is there, but the image is not. Works perfect in Chrome.

  Hello,

  You are right, this problem relates to some slider effect, not to theme configuration. Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content, so I could check slider settings.
