Hi,

I’m not really sure if you are able to provide the support on this plugin, the problem is ThemePunch won’t provide support because this plugin is bundled with your theme and I did not purchase directly.

The issue I have I believe is quite simple but I just can’t nail down the exact reason for my images not displaying. The ones I imported from xml files display the images but the moment I replace them with my images it stops displaying the image.

Any tips? I have spent more than few hours on this to sort it out and their faq site refers to enabling svg but I don’t think that’s an issue because the default images are rolling on the slider.

I did have SiteOrigin slider plugin that works fine for slider but your theme is not displaying the menu and gets hidden behind the slider. I need the slider to be up soon.

Hello @scorleo.

Are you trying to rewrite default xml file for revolution slider demo content? Please provide us with wp-admin credentials to check the issue.

Hi Max,

Not re-write but re-use the default slides by making minor modification to the slides. Check the current landing page now. It’s the one imported from Flowers library, all I did was replaced images and modified existing text that were on the slide.

Hello, @scorleo.

It it seems like some miscofiguration on server caused the issues. PLease clear your browser cache and check agein . We have reuploaded the images and now all slides are visible.

Hi,

I only see image on first slide but not the rest. I duplicated first slide and on slide 2 (duplicated one where the image was appearing), I replaced the image and I still don’t see the image.

Please help, I believe you have my credentials.

The way i uploud were uploading them again as they are hosted not in site root directory. You may reupload them from your local storage.
Please provide us also with ftp credentials to fix the issue.

Hello,

Could you tell me what slider do you try to edit?
If you are talking about main slider then I can see all the images, not just the first slide. For example frontend http://prntscr.com/fbg83h and backend http://prntscr.com/fbg8si

What image is missing?

Hi,

This seems really odd, I know last night only the image on first slide was appearing and not on the remainder 4 of them. This morning I’m seeing all 4 slides where the images were not appearing is showing up in the slider.

Did anyone from your staff make any changes because I’d like to know what needs to be fixed in future? If not, then the only conclusion is that the slider is buggy or something is whacky.

The images are gone once again, something ain’t right. All I did was get in the slider (flowers) to remove one of the slides but not change was performed. Just out of curiosity I went back to another session where my site is loaded to see which redundant slide between 2 and 3 I should delete and noticed – wallah – gone again.

I see that that you site is under maintance mode so we are not able to reupload images. Please reply after switching back to normal mode.
