Do you have any errors in the browser console?
Try to enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hi,
I’m not a programming guy, but I try to use the Debug Bar plugin to detect any error as per the suggestion in the link you sent me.
I have no idea too what the debug notice screen try to tell me as per below.

As I proceed further into the theme, it seem more and more error/ issues I’m facing.

Please check your website after deactivating all 3rd party plugin it might be possible some plugin create a conflict or check your website after clear your browser cache. If you still facing issue let us know and send us your website URL along with temporary wp admin access so that we will check your issue in more details.
