Slider revolution ajax error when opened in editor

Hello the Support Team,
I get an issue when trying to open the slider revolution editor : ajax error appears. See enclosed image.

Can you help me fix this please?

We kindly recommend updating the plugin to its latest version, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/T21-Vm6t1Ckh. Additionally, please ensure that the necessary limits are increased in accordance with the plugin’s requirements.

Thanks for your quick reply 8Theme Team. How do I register my license key as it was packaged with the theme? Where do I find this? Is it the same as the Xstore license key?

Hello @caribou,

Thank you for your response.

You can delete the plugin and then install it from XStore Control Panel -> Plugins installer or
please, download the plugin from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ , then go to your Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > upload plugin > select plugin archive > Install now > Replace current with upload and the plugin will be updated.
