Slider revolution Ajax Error!!! Error - by Andrea

Hi, recently I have applied the last update of the XStore theme.
Now I have the need to change two sliders defined to the home page and I receive from the slider revolution the popup Ajax Error!!!Error.

In the past the slider revolution worked fine.

On the slider revolution page in the bottom left part of the page I have some informations about version and PHP settings. All seems good but if I push the check server settings appear a popup that tell me that there is a communication trouble and if I push the check update button appear the same Ajax error. If I try to selectthe edit button on a slider appear a 404 page.

Whats happen? How can I diagnose the situation?
The popup is two generic for me to understand and my php settings seems fine and readable from all the website.

Contact your hosting provider and ask for help, maybe information from the server error log will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hi, I have followed all that steps and many others and I have written to my hosting support and they say that from the server point of view there are no errors or blocked script.

Also the firewall has bern disabled but Slider revolutions does not work. It does not seem an hosting problem but a plugin problem.

I have seen so many help request here and on the web about the same error from many users and so this problem happen many times.
Saddly there is no details about the error so it’s not possible to diagnose what happen.

If i call the ajax php file on the admin section seems all working fine and all my other plugings are able to read my server settings.

Only slider revolution is not able to read php server settings.

Hello,

1) Provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
2) If you have Ajax error then probably some errors should be in the server error logs. So, ask your hosting provider to send you error logs file. Or provide us with cPanel access to check them by ourselves.

Hello,
in private the requested credentials. Please let me know.
For the point number 2 I can say that on the server there are no errors. I have checked by myself on the Plesk register and also I have asked to my hosting support and they say that there are no errors from the server point of view and they say to ask to the plugin maker.

I disabled Quantità & Unità plugin and everything works fine https://prnt.sc/112dl3h
Contact Quantità & Unità plugin author and ask them to check why their plugin generates the error.
