    Please read the documentation of the Slider Revolution plugin. If this doesn’t help, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

    According to your settings, bullets are hidden over 900px width – http://prntscr.com/ng8cxs You need to set OFF for “Hide over Width ” option.
