Slider home zoom in effect on hover cant disable…

Hi on my home page i have used the banner slider
but every time i put mouse hover.. the image get zoomed and out of screen…

how can i disable that?

Hello,

Edit the banner and change the hover effect to None https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/24860497?key=fcdcfd56b0e53604ab0511c909385502 if Zoom In effect is not suitable for you. Because zoom in effects means that image is zoomed and it cuts part of image that is out of the banner area.

it is on none.. and nothing change. i have tested all options before submitting this ticket but its not working

there is a file manager plugin installed. can you use that? i dont have ftp access right now.
