I see the slider http://prntscr.com/tpxm5m but HTML structure of the page looks broken. Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashabord access to your site to check and help you?

Hello,

We were able to log in but once we go to Dashboard we get 403 error http://prntscr.com/tqg88b
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to remove blocking for the non-Spanish countries to allow us to log in.

Also, default slider element uses the image as background image with cover bg-size. It means that image will be cut off to cover whole the slider area. If you want to avoid this we would recommend you choose the Revolution slider element to create slider.

Thanks, I the previus support the agent didnt have problems to connect to my site, at the momento I have problems with my provider to give me the acces.

the problem is, in the sample page
the responsive slider is ok
